  • Contains insoluble fiber (Non digestible, passes right through)

  • Antioxidants such as (glucosinalates, isothyanocyanates) two groups of antioxidants known to have anti cancer, heart disease and inflammation effects

  • High in choline. Helping brain function, cognitive intuition

  • Sulphoraphane, preventing the growth of cancerous enzymes


Who should not eat cauliflower:

  • People with iodine deficiency

  • I would also say if they have chrohn’s or ibs to stay away from high amounts
